What FlowGuard collects
FlowGuard stores account information, project names, provider configuration, gateway metadata, request status, token usage, latency, cost estimates, and workflow attribution such as workflow, node, execution, project, and customer labels.
How the data is used
The data is used to provide dashboards, logs, budget checks, alerts, cost attribution, anomaly detection, and product support. FlowGuard does not sell customer data.
Retention and control
Monitoring data is kept so users can inspect spend history and investigate incidents. Teams can minimize sensitive prompt retention by routing only the metadata they need for observability.
