Refund policy for FlowGuard subscriptions.

FlowGuard keeps subscription billing clear, with free trial protection first and a practical refund review process for paid plans.

Free trial

The free plan allows teams to test FlowGuard before paying. Free trial usage is not billed, and gateway requests are blocked when the included monthly request allowance is reached.

Paid subscription billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing period. Plan limits, included requests, and subscription features are shown before purchase or activation.

Cancellation

Users may cancel a paid subscription for future billing periods. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed.

Refund review

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. FlowGuard may approve refunds for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or situations where paid access could not be used because of a FlowGuard service issue.

Provider costs and heavy usage

FlowGuard does not refund third-party provider charges, and subscription refunds may be declined when the account has already used significant paid capacity during the billing period.

How to request a refund

Send refund requests through the contact form with your account email, billing period, and a short explanation. FlowGuard will review the request and reply as soon as possible.
